g ammondson [they/them] is a performing artist, poet, and pilgrim inhabiting the lands who call upon their heart.
during their time at Sable, g collaborated on and danced in a staged-story about a little trans girl who meets her ancestors in a cave, and they researched their own land-based performance practice, creating an embodied poem about their real and deep romance with two different trees.
they enjoyed the creative flow of writing by hand, mending clothes, collaging zines, floating in the river, and dancing all while in the company of other goofy artists.
g loves the forest and the desert and the mountain and the sea very, very much.
