Lauren Bass (she/her) is an artist from Lawrence, Kansas. She works in oil painting, charcoal, and ink.

While at Sable, Lauren has been connecting with her artistic practice through observational sketches and paintings of the environment, reading literature related to her practice, and gathering reference photography, sketches, and inspirations for her studio practice.
